ABOUT- Heat Exchanger History
R. C. E. Heat Exchangers, LLC was formed in July, 2005 in tribute to Robert C. “Bob” Earl by his son Mike Earl and his stepson Bob Strobel, Sr.
Bob Earl was a leading innovator in the heat exchanger repair/re-tube industry until his passing in May, 2002. For over 50 years, Bob Earl worked for manufacture and repair companies dedicated to heat exchangers and pressure vessels.
Today, Mike and Bob operate R. C. E. Heat Exchangers with the same dedication to customer service, quality and innovation that Bob Earl provided for his customers. Their motto “Creative Solutions” was bred from Bob Earl.
Mike Earl serves as President/General Manager for R. C. E. Heat Exchangers, LLC. Mike has over 25 years of experience as a technician, code welder, service manager, QC manager and heat transfer troubleshooting specialist. Mike served on a heat transfer industry committee of experts for the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) and is also the Sales and Technical coordinator for the company.
Bob Strobel, Sr. serves as Vice President/Purchasing Manager for R. C. E. Heat Exchangers, LLC. Bob also has over 25 years of experience as a technician and field project supervisor for some of the more complicated and larger field re-tube projects ever undertaken. Bob currently manages the R. C. E. Heat Exchangers, LLC purchasing, quoting departments and safety initiatives.
Both Bob and I look forward to working with you to create “Creative Solutions” to meet your pressure vessel and heat exchanger needs.
Regards,
Mike Earl
